SHIPPING and REFUNDS POLICY

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Orders generally ship within 1-2 days unless noted. Most items will be shipped from our warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 1:00 PM EST). Orders received after 1:00 PM on Friday, or those received on Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via a variety of carriers and properly insured at no additional cost to you. Ordered items that can be shipped regionally to expedite their arrival are also properly insured at no additional cost to you.

When will my order arrive?

Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will usually in arrive within 3-7 business days depending on each customer's location. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will normally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on the shipping option that was selected during checkout. 

How do I track my order?

For orders made on our website: orders are typically shipped via USPS and also UPS. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email from us with your order tracking number, which you can check via the USPS website.

For orders made on our Amazon store: orders are shipped through various carriers with tracking numbers, which could be checked by logging into your account. You will be notified by Amazon that the carrier tracking number has been posted to your account and via an Order Status Update e-mail as well. Orders shipped by some carriers may not be trackable.

2. Hover your mouse over the text area that says "Hello (name) Your Account"
3. Click on "Your Orders" in the drop down menu that appears
4. Find the order for your Herba Terra Organics product and click on the big yellow button that says "Track Package".

Broken or Missing Items/Package                                                                                                                                                                                         
Please contact Customer Care as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses

Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are supported. Packages sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be subject to air shipping fees, as they are unable to use Flat Rate Ground Shipping. The available air shipping options and fees will be displayed during checkout. Our free shipping offer does not apply to these locations or any international orders.

APO/FPO Shipping                                                                                                                                                    We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses via the US Postal Service. Shipping times may vary depending on location. Note: Due to carrier regulations, certain items cannot be shipped to some locations, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International Shipping                                                                                        

At the present moment, we do NOT ship internationally but only within US territories.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

30-Day Money Back Guarantee 

Herba Vera Organics carries the highest quality essential oils and nebulizers available today and we know that you will be amazed with the results of our products. However, if within 30 days you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below for a refund or exchange. For our non-consumable products, such as our Aromatherapy Nebulizing Diffuser, we offer a 30-day full refund, minus a restocking fee, shipping and handling costs of 25% provided that the nebulizer is returned in its original package, in working condition (unless it's defective from the factory) and without any physical signs of damage such as scratches, stains or missing parts/accessories. The nebulizer, the empty glass bottle, the power cord, the remote control the nebulizer accessories included in the package and without any visible damages packaged in the ORIGINAL BLACK BOX must be returned within 30 days in order to receive a full refund.

Terms & Conditions

Items should be returned in their original product packaging (glass container or original box, whichever applies). A full refund will be due for all essential oils that are returned with the seal on. All essential oils bottles that have been opened will be charged a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 30 days of initial purchase receipt. If outside the 30 day return timeframe, products will be returned to the sender at their expense or donated. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The company will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (if the customer received a wrong or defective item, etc), otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any return(s). Please make sure you INSURE any return properly, as we are unable to issue refunds or replacements of packages lost in the mail, which sometimes happens.

Replacements and exchanges are not supported for consumable products, but only for non-consumables (our nebulizer). For essential oils, skin care and other consumable products, customers can return their original order and ask for a store credit or create a new order for an exchange. All samplers and oils sold in quantities of 1 lb or more are non-refundable. We don't accept returns for any of the diffuser accessories, such as the empty bottles and other part accessories. Herba Terra Organics reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Herba Terra Organics’ sole discretion. For our diffuser, customers will receive a replacement /exchange within the first year after the purchase, ONLY if the unit is defective and cannot be repaired. After the first year, we offer paid services for repairs and replacement parts. Shipping on any return is at customer's cost. Products cannot be returned due to allergic reactions.   

If for any reason, after you just placed an order, changed your mind and decide to cancel it, you must do so by 11 am the next day in order to avoid a shipping charge as we ship all orders by 12 pm EST the next day after they are confirmed in our system. If we don't receive your cancellation by 11 am EST the next day, your order will be shipped and you'll have to pay to return it back to us/ retrieved from the route by the Postal Services  in order to receive a full refund.   • For cancellations please call us immediately.
  • Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response with further instructions on how to move forward with your return.
  • All return correspondence is conducted via email. 
  • Please allow 5 business days to process your return once we have received your returned items.
  • E-gift Certificates are not eligible for return or refund.                                                                                                                                                 

How to Make a Return:

1. BEFORE you send a return, please look up your order number on your client account and send us an email on our CONTACT page by including the order number of your purchase. Or forward us the email you received with the confirmation order after you made your purchase to give you the correct address for the return.                                                                                                                                

3. Include the return slip (a copy of your receipt , or the order # ) inside the box and place the shipping label to the outside of the box.

4. Ship package. You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of confirmation that it was returned and received, but in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
